Due to the Covid-19 pandemic our facility has approved the following policies and procedures to protect our patients and employees:
- Our current office hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:30pm
We may change the office hours at any time in response to recommendations from the federal,
state and/or local government.
- We ask all patients to call ahead (unless you have an appointment) before coming to our facility to
allow us to gather needed equipment, supplies and any needed paperwork.
- We may deliver supplies to the patent’s home by USPS, UPS or FedEx and ask for any required
signatures outside the home.
- We will use telephone management and other remote methods of assessing and caring for all
patients to decrease the volume of persons seeking care/service in our facility.
- We will adhere to our facility’s Infection Control Policies and procedures, to the CDC Guidelines
(https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) and all mandated guidelines from federal,
state and/or local government.
- If the office is closed and you need immediate assistance, please call the following number and
someone will meet with you or set up an appointment to meet at this office.
